In Japan the owner’s father learned how to select and work with only the finest quality fish and ingredients. He brought his craft and tradition to America where he started Hide Sushi Restaurant in 1979.
Our fish is hand selected from the fish market where the owner and his son maintain strong relationships with artisan fish mongers/vendors. The food we serve adheres to authentic Japanese cuisine.
